Should you change your mind, you can return your items back to us, provided:
◦ We are notified within 7 days of delivery via our online return form.
◦ Swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
◦ Items must have all original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
◦ Items must be returned within 10 days
◦ Items must be returned at the customer's expense.
◦ If you received free delivery with your purchase and you wish to return it we will deduct the cost of delivery to cover our costs.
◦ We will issue a full refund upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge
◦ Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items.
◦ Please allow 14 days for a refund to be processed.
◦ We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Therefore, we recommend that you send the parcel using a
delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
◦ We reserve the right to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
◦ The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.
◦ Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this moment in time.
